Omar joined Cinnaire as an Asset Manager, Stabilized Assets, in the Wilmington, DE office. In this role, he oversees a portfolio of real estate debt and equity investments. He monitors operations of stabilized properties to ensure compliance with programs, loan documents and partnership agreements and he manages troubled assets driving them toward improved performance.
Having spent more than 10 years with the Housing Development Corporation MidAtlantic (HDCMidAtlantic), Omar is a knowledgeable and effective leader, committed to having a positive impact on the lives of the people living in the properties he manages. Serving as Property Manager and then District Manager of affordable housing properties for in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland, he ensured resident satisfaction remained consistent by identifying deficiencies, reviewing financials and successfully executing new initiatives.
Omar obtained a BS in Business Administration from Neumann University and has a Real Estate License in Pennsylvania.
