Nicole is Senior Vice President, Development, for Cinnaire Solutions in our Madison, WI office. She is charged with overseeing community-driven, affordable housing developments for Cinnaire Solutions and is responsible for leading and supporting a highly effective team to complete projects on schedule and on budget while maximizing development quality and community impact.
Nicole brings to our team extensive experience in real estate development, with a focus on affordable housing and community development. Prior to joining Cinnaire, Nicole served as Executive Director at the Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development, where she managed administration for housing programs, developed affordable rental and homeownership opportunities, and advocated on behalf of safe, affordable communities. She also served as Director of Development at Gorman & Company, a national affordable housing firm.
Nicole earned her BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and a Master’s in Urban Planning and Regional Planning from the University of Madison-Wisconsin. She serves as a City of Madison Plan Commission Vice-Chair, President of the Rodney School House Board of Directors (Section 811 housing), and Budget Chair for the WI Collaborative for Affordable Housing.
