Monty is Senior Vice President, Agency Multifamily Mortgage Originator, in Cinnaire’s Chicago, IL, office. He is responsible for sourcing and originating multifamily loans for Cinnaire’s CPC Mortgage Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA Agency products and fostering relationships with investors, developers and industry partners.
Monty has more than 20 years experience in the multifamily lending sector with expertise with a diverse cross-section of financing—from conventional projects to complex transactions. Most recently, he served as a Managing Director at M&T Realty Capital, originating Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA loans for affordable properties. Previously, he was with Freddie Mac for ten years as a Director and Production Manager, where he honed a deep knowledge of real estate market dynamics, lending product parameters, policy developments and industry trends.
Monty earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from George Washington University.
