Mark joined Cinnaire in 2020 and is a Portfolio Manager in our Madison, WI office. He manages portfolios of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit loans for Cinnaire Lending.
Mark’s strong belief in collaboration and innovation enable him to form successful partnerships to advance project success. He manages loan documentation and financial reporting and analysis—proactively reaching out to borrowers to maintain relationships throughout the lifespan of the loan. Prior to joining Cinnaire, Mark served as an Asset Manager for Astar Capital Management, working with property management firms to ensure that efficient operations contributed to financial goals and preserved the value of properties for investors. Mark is a Certified Property Manager and an Accredited Residential Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Mark earned his Bachelor’s Degree in English from Brigham Young University and his Master’s Degree in Public Service from Marquette University.
