Josh serves as Development Asset Manager for Cinnaire Solutions in our Detroit office and is responsible for managing distressed LIHTC properties. Josh has a knack for improving cash flow of multifamily assets and has evolved into an aficionado skilled in the art of stabilizing underperforming assets and frequently speaks at industry conferences.
Josh discovered his passion for community development 20 years ago while moonlighting from his sales career to rehab single family homes. After 6 years in sales at Phillip Morris USA Inc., Josh decided to pursue his passion of working in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Cinnaire in 2012, he was an Asset Manager for McKinley, Inc. and previously worked as an Assistant General Manager/Asset Manager at RESSCO.
Josh is a board member for Nardin Park Nonprofit Community Development Corporation, Vice President for Community Planning Association Nonprofit Corporations and holds a Real Estate License in Michigan. He earned his B.B.A from Northwood University and his M.B.A. from Northwood University – Devos Graduate School of Management.
