Joel is a Program Manager for Cinnaire Community Connection in the Wilmington, DE, office. He is responsible for shepherding the Catalyst Fund, and other programs that advance equitable community revitalization, through to completion. Joel joined Cinnaire as an Analyst in Underwriting in 2019. In this position, Joel assists in the underwriting of real estate debt and equity investments, including commercial real estate, affordable and market rate housing, and community facilities.
Joel most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Wilminvest LLC, a social venture he founded to provide affordable housing in Wilmington. Joel was successful in raising $150,000 to acquire and renovate distressed real estate assets.
Joel earned his Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship & Real Estate at the University of Delaware. He was recently recognized as a People to Watch in 2019 by the Delaware Business Times.
