Jenn serves as Corporate Paralegal in our Lansing office. She works with Cinnaire’s in-house general counsel to provide legal support services related to our housing and community development work . Jenn enjoys her role in closing deals that have a meaningful impact and working to support the vibrant, healthy communities we serve.
Since joining Cinnaire in 2010, Jenn has led the implementation of technology-based closing systems for both the equity and lending departments. She has mastered the closing and securitization of Fannie Mae multifamily loans. Jenn is an instrumental player in the creation of closing processes and procedures for the growing suite of products that Cinnaire offers.
Jenn graduated with honors from Lansing Community College with an Associates degree in Paralegal Studies.
