Jake joined Cinnaire as a Financial Analyst, Portfolio Management in our Madison, WI office. He is responsible for quarterly and annual reporting on Cinnaire’s tax credit properties, analyzing watch-list properties performance and tracking occupancy, rent collections, and loan and grant covenant compliance.
Committed to creating healthy families and communities through the power of real estate, Jake gained valuable experience as an Acquisitions Manager with Stillwater Properties, a real estate investment firm in Wisconsin. Prior to that he worked for two software companies, serving as QA Analyst/Application Readiness for Epic Systems and Salesperson at Noteninja. In college at UNC Chapel Hill, he was elected to serve as President of Outreach 360, an organization dedicated to empowering children through service and education.
Jake earned a BS in Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship from UNC at Chapel Hill.
