J.T. is Director of Policy, Research & Advocacy in the Chicago, IL office. He leads the development and execution of Cinnaire’s state and local policy agenda throughout Cinnaire’s footprint, engaging government officials to build support for public policies that benefit the communities Cinnaire serves.
A skillful government relations professional with over 10 years of legislative and advocacy experience, J.T. is committed to advancing public policy to improve communities, enabling families and individuals to prosper. Prior to joining Cinnaire, J.T. served as the Manager of Government Affairs for the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, advocating for and advancing policy initiatives; and a Legislative Assistant for US Congressman Adam Kinzinger, advising him on legislative issues including transportation, defense, veterans’ affairs, and education.
J.T. received a BA in Political Science from Indiana University, Bloomington.
