Helyn Luisi-Mills is the Director of Services for Cinnaire Solutions, in the Madison, WI, office. She serves as a liaison between property management and supportive service providers for Cinnaire Solutions housing assets, ensuring staff are equipped, supported and accountable to maximize service performance.
As a bilingual professional with global and local experience, Helyn is deeply committed to equity and inclusion. Throughout her career, she has worked to address systemic inequities through programs that support housing stability, community health, and economic development. She has served as Director of Medical Programs and Executive Co-Director for Madison Street Medicine, where she had oversight of all legal and HR related matters and logistics. Prior to that, Helyn was Manager of Client Services at Waunakee Neighborhood Connection where she was responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services for 350 households experiencing financial insecurity. She also currently serves on the Board of Directors for Lussier Community Education Center and Board of Directors for JustDane.
Helyn received a BA in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Central Florida and an MS in Human Ecology from the University of Wisconsin.
