Eliza joined Cinnaire in 2021 as Vice President, Business Development in our Madison, WI office. She is charged with assisting in the development and execution of Cinnaire’s business development strategy with a focus on lending and customer relationship management.
Eliza brings extensive experience in affordable housing finance to Cinnaire. Eliza co-founded Elkat Advisers, a consulting firm that delivers training, advice and technical support to a diverse body of affordable housing finance providers. Prior to that, she held a range of positions with Fannie Mae’s Multifamily division, including Senior Credit Risk Manager for the Multifamily Affordable Housing team, Duty to Serve Manager, Product Development Manager and Business Development Manager. Her background also includes experience as Chief Operating Officer for Legacy Redevelopment Corporation in WI and Managing Director at NCB Development Corporation in Washington, DC.
Eliza earned an BA in Art and Archaeology from Princeton University and her MBA in Finance from George Washington University.
