Chris Laurent joined Cinnaire in 2015 and is President of Cinnaire Solutions, Cinnaire’s real estate development business line. In this capacity he supports an inclusive and talented team across Cinnaire’s footprint that meaningfully changes its communities’ built environments. Cinnaire Solutions executes, partners, and provides financial capacity where needed to make impactful development happen.
With focus on meaningful growth where Cinnaire Solutions serves through his broad real estate career, Chris serves on the board and is a course instructor of LISC Milwaukee’s Associates in Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) program, and is an adjunct lecturer for Milwaukee School of Engineer. He serves as director for the Madison Reading Project, Clarke Square Neighborhood Initiative, Wisconsin Coalition Against Homelessness, Forward Community Investments, Eagle Harbor Apartments, and is a Commissioner and Treasurer for the Dane County Housing Authority.
Chris earned his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin Madison and will complete his coursework in May 2024 for his MA – Servant Leadership from Viterbo University.
