Chris is Senior Vice President, Business Development in our Madison, WI office, serving our affordable housing and community development partners in Wisconsin & Minnesota.
Chris provides equity solutions for LIHTC developers, creative debt solutions for our partners in the affordable housing industry, and advocacy, technical expertise and creative, flexible financial products for partners in community development.
He started with Cinnaire in 2014 as a Construction and Lease-Up Asset Manager for Cinnaire’s equity syndication business, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Cinnaire, Chris was an analyst and CRE lender with First Business Bank of Madison.
As evidence of his commitment to supporting community development, Chris serves on the Dane Workforce Housing Fund’s Technical Advisory Committee and is a member of the Downtown Madison, Inc. Economic Development Committee.
Chris earned his B.A. and his M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.
