Chase serves as Community Development Loan Officer in our Wilmington, DE office. In this role, he is focused on small scale affordable housing and community development projects, including Cinnaire’s community facility investments.
Chase joined Cinnaire from Merchants Affordable Housing Corp., where he served as Director of Underwriting. He has extensive experience in affordable housing finance and development with state, federal, and other community development subsidy programs as both the administrator and recipient. He has a proven track record in leading complex housing finance transaction closings from the borrower perspective. Chase also has experience with Section 8 HAP, PRAC, and HCV rental subsidy program management and maximization.
Chase earned his Bachelors in Environmental Science from the University of Florida, a Certificate in Real Estate Development from Ball State University, and his Master of Public Administration at the University of Pennsylvania.Â
