Cassandra is a Development Asset Manager, Cinnaire Solutions. She manages new project transition and third-party compliance and reporting postclosing through stabilization. Cassandra joined Cinnaire as Financial Analyst, Special Assets, in our Grand Rapids office and was promoted to Asset Stabilization Expert where she ensured that underperforming investments were handled in a prudent manner to increase the profitability of repayments on active loans and to maximize the recovery of charged-off obligations.
Prior to joining Cinnaire, Cassandra served as Real Estate Development Associate at the Inner City Christian Federation. In this position she was responsible for completing and submitting LIHTC, HOME and AHP applications. Prior to that position, Cassandra was an Administrative Assistant at Dwelling Place of Grand Rapids.
Cassandra earned her Bachelor’s of Art in Political Science from Loyola University. She earned her Associates of Science in Social Work from Grand Rapids Community College.
