Brittany is an Analyst, Underwriting in Cinnaire’s Lansing, MI office. She assists in the underwriting of real estate equity investments, including affordable and market rate housing. She determines the financial strength of potential real estate projects, reviews and updates financial proformas and analyzes the financial capacity of the development teams.
Prior to joining Cinnaire, Brittany worked eight years at the Michigan State University Federal Credit Union, using her skills to contribute to building healthy communities that allow residents to reach their full potential. Initially hired as a Call Center Specialist, she was promoted to Accounting Specialist and then Financial Analyst II where she completed FHLBI Community Investment Program applications, communicated with brokers to manage an investment portfolio of over $1 billion and analyzed and traded $1.7 billion in securities.
Brittany earned a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Community Services from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance from the University of Michigan. While at UM, she was selected by the Flint School of Management faculty as a UM-Flint FEI Detroit Chapter Scholar for her outstanding record of scholarship and service.
