Brent Kuennen is Vice President, Investor Relations, based in Cinnaire’s Chicago office. He is responsible for raising equity capital and managing investor relationships for Cinnaire’s Housing Tax Credit funds.
Brent has built his career around leveraging capital as a tool for equitable economic growth. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Fund Management for Broadstreet Impact Services, overseeing the management of $250+ million across 18 funds and driving process and technology improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity. Prior to that, Brent served as Investment Analyst and then Fund Manager for National Equity Fund, working with capital markets, investor relations legal and acquisition teams to close affordable housing investment funds.
Brent received a Bachelor of Arts – Real Estate, Economics, & Finance from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Business Administration – Finance from Northwestern University.
