Azeez is Development Manager for Cinnaire Solutions in our Wilmington office. In this position, Azeez supports project management, assists in the development of the Cinnaire Solutions pipeline and provides leadership and guidance to our partners in Wilmington.
An IT professional by trade, Azeez uses his problem-solving training along with his passion for helping people to reimagine what clean and safe living in healthy neighborhoods can look and feel like. Prior to joining Cinnaire in 2020, he worked as Enterprise Mobility Manager at Genesis Healthcare. There, he was responsible for leading a team to determine, implement and manage the corporate strategy and policy for mobile devices. Prior to that position, he worked as a Genius Lead and Business Specialist at Apple, Inc.
Living all but 9 years of his life in Wilmington, Azeez has a zealousness for the City as if he was a native Wilmingtonian. With the recent renaissance of Wilmington through a massive injection of development for its downtown and riverfront areas, Azeez is focused on making sure this opportunity extends deep into the neighborhoods that surround those newly developed areas. He prefers walking to the riverfront, downtown, historic districts and to local businesses to support the growing areas of the City and to take in all of the entertainment options, food choices, sporting events and shopping that the City has to offer.
Azeez earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Delaware. He serves as the executive director of a CDC that supports the Northeast Wilmington area. Azeez was recently appointed by Mayor Michael Purzycki as a Board Member of the Wilmington Housing Authority.
