Amy joined Cinnaire as a Compliance Specialist in Cinnaire’s Indianapolis, IN office. She conducts initial, annual and physical reviews for LIHTC assets and provides reporting to Cinnaire’s compliance manager, property management and general partners.
Amy believes all people deserve a safe, secure place to call home. Prior to joining Cinnaire, she worked for Partners In House and the John Boner Neighborhood Center, serving as property manager for nearly 100 units, including a number of Permanent Supportive Housing Projects.
Amy has certifications in Fair Housing and Integrated Pest Management and is a Housing Credit Certified Professional.
