The Anchor at Mariners Inn

Located in Midtown Detroit within the historic Cass Park neighborhood, The Anchor at Mariners Inn has a targeted focus on creating accessible housing for those who have or are currently experiencing chronic homelessness. Created in partnership with Mariners Inn, this new construction brings 44 permanent supportive housing units and 40 recovery housing units to the neighborhood, along with a retail space that will increase access to missing goods and services to the community. This development was made possible by collaborating with our partner, Mariners Inn, along with funding provided by the
City of Detroit, Michigan State Housing Development Authority, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis.
The Anchor at Mariners Inn is a $25.95 MM mixed-use development in Midtown, offering a mixture of apartments, recovery housing, and 4,328 square feet of retail space.
