Chris Laurent joined Cinnaire in 2015 and is President of Cinnaire Solutions, Cinnaire’s real estate development business line. In this capacity he supports an inclusive and talented team across Cinnaire’s footprint that meaningfully changes its communities’ built environments. Cinnaire Solutions executes, partners, and provides financial capacity where needed to make impactful development happen.
With focus on meaningful growth where Cinnaire Solutions serves through his broad real estate career, Chris serves on the board and is a course instructor of LISC Milwaukee’s Associates in Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) program, and is an adjunct lecturer for Milwaukee School of Engineer and Marquette University. He serves as Vice President and Lending Committee Chair for Forward Community Investments; President, Do Good Wisconsin; Director of Viterbo University MBA/MASL Alumni Board; on the Clarke Square Neighborhood Initiative, and is a Commissioner and Treasurer for the Dane County Housing Authority.
Chris earned his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin Madison and his MA – Servant Leadership from Viterbo University.
