At Cinnaire, giving back is woven into the fabric of who we are. Cinnaire Cares, our companywide, staff-funded charitable giving initiative, exemplifies our commitment to supporting mission-driven organizations in the communities where we live, work and serve. Developed by our employees through the Staff Engagement Committee, Cinnaire Cares highlights the strength of collaboration and compassion.
How It Works
Cinnaire Cares is powered by the generosity of our employees. Our team members contribute twice monthly to a fund established to support staff nominated charities. Together, these contributions combine to create a meaningful impact. By uniting resources and focusing on shared goals, we empower our team to play an active role in advancing positive change in our communities.
A Legacy of Giving
Since inception, Cinnaire Cares has raised more than $214,000 to directly support 51 mission-driven organizations across our footprint – a remarkable milestone that underscores the dedication and generosity of our employees. This funding has been directed to a wide variety of purpose-driven partners, each chosen by our staff for their outstanding efforts in strengthening our communities and fostering greater health and equity. Cinnaire Cares reflects our belief that collective action drives meaningful impact. By empowering our employees to contribute to and nominate charities, we ensure that our giving directly supports causes that resonate deeply with our team. It’s more than just a program, it’s a movement of care and commitment that strengthens our ties to the people and places around us.
Celebrating Our Recent Donations
We’re excited to share the latest contributions made through Cinnaire Cares. With the continued support of our employees, this funding round raised an impressive $78,000, which will benefit four-staff nominated organizations as well as the Cinnaire Cares Emergency Fund, a fund established to support our nonprofit partners during crisis, economic, or natural disasters. Each recipient will receive $15,600.
From empowering young people through mentorship and education to advancing racial equity and economic justice, these donations will drive meaningful change. Each organization is making a powerful impact, deepening our collective commitment to strengthening communities and advancing shared values of opportunity, equity and growth.
