The Eddy is a mixed-income development located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, on the Chippewa Riverfront that was completed in 2023.With its unbeatable location, residents are within walking distance of
historic downtown, local restaurants, the farmer’s market, and major employers. The property was previously owned by the City of Eau Claire and targeted for reinvestment to address the community’s
housing needs. This development was made possible by funding provided by WHEDA, Alliant Capital, Johnson Bank, the City of Eau Claire, Eau Claire County, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, Cinnaire Lending, and the State of Wisconsin Neighborhood Investment Fund.

The Eddy is a $11.3 million four-story new construction development offering 43 mixed-income residential units.
