Peter Giles is Senior Vice President, Capital Programs, for Cinnaire. Previously managing the New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) business line, his role was expanded to include oversight of the NMTC and CDFI Grant Funding teams and Lending Data Systems. Peter is responsible for building new relationships with community-focused investors and expanding our community development lending business lines.
Prior to joining Cinnaire, Peter worked for PwC in Detroit. While at PwC, in the Transaction Services division of the firm, Peter focused on financial due diligence projects, assisting clients in either the acquisition or divestiture of business investments. He also contributed to many other consulting assignments including General Motors throughout their bankruptcy.
Peter serves on the boards of the New Markets Tax Credit Coalition, Southside Community Optimal Redevelopment Enterprise, Midwest Industrial Redevelopment Fund and Key Community Development New Markets LLC. He earned his B.A. and M.S. from Michigan State University.
