The new apartments created will help ensure that the Woodbridge Neighborhood remains accessible to all Detroiters despite the rising rent costs the community is currently facing. This development was made possible by collaborating with our partner, Woodbridge Neighborhood Development, along with funding provided by MSHDA, the City of Detroit, and the HOME Investment Partnerships Program.
Warren & Trumbull is a $9.1 MM, three-story mixed-use, mixed income development offering 26 residential units and 4,000 SF of commercial space.
