Tamela is an Assistant Asset Manger for Cinnaire’s Construction and Lease-up Asset Management in our Lansing, MI, office. She assists the CAM team in monitoring and supporting a small portfolio of developments. She was promoted from Administrative Coordinator, Facilities, in 2022, where she was responsible for providing general administrative support as well as maintaining office equipment and physical space for all of our locations.
Before joining Cinnaire in 2020, Tamela specialized in multi-family residential management. In her 25 years in property management, she has managed nearly 10,000 units across the Midwest. She has worked at AIMCO, Eenhorn and Campus Advantage. Her experiences includes LIHTC, Rural Development, Section 8 and conventional properties, with expertise in operational and financial management, investor reporting and stabilization of underperforming assets.
Tamela holds Spectrums S.T.A.R. Rural Development 515 certification and is a Housing Credit Certified Professional. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Davenport University.
