Jeff Coles is Senior Vice President, Impact Investing—Multifamily within Impact Strategies, Innovation Team. Jeff brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to Cinnaire. In this role, Jeff leads the creation and implementation of Cinnaire’s attainable housing platform, leveraging his history of building successful relationships with impact and commercial investors and expanding our reach in multifamily development.​
​Prior to joining Cinnaire, Jeff served as Vice President, Client Services at Berkadia, where he helped lead the Institutional and Multi-market Investor Relationship Team. He was also a key member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Steering Committee and led the nation’s top Single-family/Build-to-Rent Specialty Group, which managed over $2.3B in transactions. Before that, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Investment Sales at First Capital Realty, where he managed a team responsible for $9B in investment sales, including $5B in personal sales.​
​A graduate of American University with an MBA concentrating in Commercial Real Estate and Urban Development, and Howard University with a Bachelor’s in Architecture, Jeff has received numerous accolades, including the 2023 National Award for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and several Brokerage of the Year awards.
