Rachel L. Siminski is Vice President of Operations at Cinnaire Corporation, where she leads enterprise operations with a focus on systems, automation, and scalable processes.
With more than 15 years of experience across operations, finance, and information systems, she has worked within technology‑driven organizations and brings a decade of experience in affordable housing, including Section 8 program operations. Rachel has led enterprise efforts to modernize workflows and improve data quality, including collaborating with the accounting team on the implementation of the Acumatica ERP platform to support standardized processes and reporting. Earlier in her career, she supported the launch of a customer‑facing freight invoicing platform that streamlined processing and increased invoice accuracy by more than 30 percent.
Rachel has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baker College and a Master of Science in Accounting from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
