Paola joined Cinnaire in 2020 as an Associate Analyst in our Chicago office and was promoted to Analyst in 2021. She provides financial data entry for underwriting of real estate debt and equity investments, commercial real estate, affordable and market rate housing, and community facilities for our MN and WI geographies.
Since Paola joined Cinnaire she has embraced learning with enthusiasm and has increased her knowledge of our work and the role exponentially.
Paola previously worked as the Director of Finance for Delta Phi Epsilon where she was responsible for developing and managing the budget for 60+ members. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
