Analyst, Underwriting

Natalee joined Cinnaire in 2019 as a graduate assistant before becoming a full-time Analyst for Underwriting in the Indianapolis, IN office in 2021. She is charged with reviewing and analyzing the underwriting feasibility of real estate equity investments and assisting in the efficient acquisition of these investments.

As an intern/graduate assistant at Cinnaire, the opportunity to combine her knowledge of economics with her studies in urban planning appealed to Natalee. Her mentor and fellow Ball State alum, Keith Broadnax, Cinnaire’s Senior VP of Business Development, encouraged her to learn all she could about the affordable housing industry and to use her skills to help low-income and at-risk populations. Natalee was a natural at the work and after graduation was offered a Analyst position at Cinnaire and now reviews financial information for potential real estate investments while identifying potential underwriting issues. Prior to joining Cinnaire, she worked as a freelance sustainability consultant for RU Current Electric.

Natalee earned a B.S. in Economics and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from Ball State University.
