Megan serves as Director, Talent Strategies and HR Operations, at Cinnaire. We fully believe that our organization is only as good as the people who work here. With that mindset, Megan leads the strategic and operational core of our people function, bringing talent strategy, HR operations, and talent acquisition together, connecting workforce planning, recruiting, HR systems, and people processes. She works closely with Cinnaire’s senior leadership to develop a high-performance team while enhancing our unique culture, integrates workforce and succession planning to ensure leadership continuity and readiness and collaborates with the Learning & Talent Development team to foster and sustain a dynamic learning culture.
Before joining Cinnaire in 2013, Megan served with a grassroots nonprofit organization supporting youth of local Michigan communities.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University. She is a SHRM‑Certified Professional, credentialed by the Society for Human Resource Management, where she is an active member.
