Megan serves as Director, Talent Strategies, at Cinnaire. We fully believe that our organization is only as good as the people who work here and Megan’s role provides a strong foundation of support in recruiting and on boarding our new team members. She works closely with Cinnaire’s senior leadership to develop a high-performance team while enhancing our unique culture, integrates workforce and succession planning to ensure leadership continuity and readiness and collaborates with the Learning & Talent Development team to foster and sustain a dynamic learning culture.
Before joining Cinnaire in 2013, Megan served with a grassroots nonprofit organization supporting youth of local Michigan communities.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University and is currently working towards a Bachelor of Science at Madonna University in Human Resources Administration. She is a member of the National Society for Human Resources Management.
