Liliana, RA, LEED ND, PMP, is a Development Manager for Cinnaire Solutions. She is responsible for leading the development work, managing development project progression or supervising third-party consultants toward that end.
Lily engages with community-based developers and stakeholders to identify and implement emerging real estate development strategies that support mixed-income neighborhoods to retain, expand and enhance housing and economic opportunities in the rapidly changing housing market. She interfaces with our communities with empathy, understanding, and compassion.
With more than 10 years of professional experience in architecture and urban design, Lily has worked on projects ranging from single family homes to neighborhood plans, higher education, historic preservation, and mixed-use developments. She joined Cinnaire in 2017 as part of the Detroit Revitalization Fellowship, a program of Wayne State University and was subsequently hired as Development Design Specialist. As such, she was responsible for massing studies, urban design assessments, community engagement, RFP proposals, research around public life and sustainable design practices.
Liliana earned her B.S. in Architecture from the University of Texas at San Antonio, her Master of Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and her Master of Urban Design from the University of Michigan. She serves as Chair of the United States Green Building Council – Detroit Region and Co-Chair for ULI Michigan Pathway to Inclusion Committee.
