Keith is Senior Vice President, Business Development. He focuses on raising and deploying capital to support affordable housing and community development initiatives throughout Illinois and Indiana. Keith brings over 29 years of community and economic development finance expertise to Cinnaire. He has a unique set of problem-solving skills and a passion for serving people and communities in need.
Prior to joining Cinnaire, Keith served as Senior Program Officer for the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC).
Keith is a mentor for the Starfish Initiative. He serves on the board of directors for the Indiana Affordable Housing Council, board treasurer for the Coalition for Homeless Intervention & Prevention (HAND), First Pathway Community Development Advisory Committee, and the City of Indianapolis Redevelopment CDE.
Keith earned his Bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University and his Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ball State University.
