Katlynn is an Underwriting Analyst in our Lansing office. She analyzes and underwrites a pipeline of unstructured real estate developments across Cinnaire’s Midwest footprint. Katlynn enjoys collaborating with her colleagues and our partners throughout all phases of the development process, from concept to occupancy. She finds happiness in seeing the community and economic revitalization spurred by Cinnaire investments.
Prior to joining Cinnaire in 2017, she worked as a legal assistant and advocate within the court system.
Katlynn supported our New Ventures Team as we launched an Opportunity Zones Pilot Program, an effort to champion the transformation of Opportunity Zone neighborhoods into vibrant places for residents and businesses. She found it rewarding to work with our team on this initiative and to assist in developing a pipeline of high-impact projects for Opportunity Zone investors.
Katlynn has a strong background in tax credit equity, with experience working with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), federal and state historic tax credits, and opportunity zone investments. She earned a dual degree in Political Science and Economics from Michigan State University.
