Jeremy serves as Underwriter, Equity, in Cinnaire’s Grand Rapids, MI office. He is charged with evaluating and structuring real estate equity investments, preparing property level pro forma cash flow statements and financial models, and assessing financial viability for proposed investments.
Jeremy finds professional joy in developing and sharing solutions, presenting new ideas and helping others have a great work experience. He pursued these goals during his eleven-year career at Steelcase where he served as a Senior Business Analyst, and later as co-founder of the Event Experiences business unit. In that capacity, he managed teams and fostered relationships with external clients and internal design, sales, operations, and marketing groups leading the growth of an internal startup. Prior to that, he gained four years experience at Macatawa Bank, underwriting commercial loans with a focus on real estate, light manufacturing, and transportation.
Jeremy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornerstone University with a BA in Business Administration and received an MBA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with honors.
