Eric is a Loan Analyst, Lending in Cinnaire’s Chicago, IL, office. In this role, he assists in the underwriting of affordable housing and community development loan transactions. He prepares, evaluates, and updates the preliminary financial proformas and cash flow models for potential real estate loans, and ensures the efficient delivery of service to prospective borrowers and Underwriting team members.
Eric specializes in commercial real-estate finance and deal structures with further experience in property valuation, business strategy development, and investment analysis. Prior to joining Cinnaire, he served as an Acquisitions Director for LA Capital Management Services, a Property Manager and Construction Assistant for Pacific Holdings Group, a Mortgage Loan Originator for Innovative Lending Group and most recently, as a Post-Closing Loan Auditor for the Federal Savings Bank. In addition, Eric has purchased, fixed, sold, and held residential investment properties. He holds real-estate sales licenses from the states of California and Illinois.
Eric received an Associate of Science degree from Elgin Community College with a Business Economics focus and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Woodbury University, Los Angeles.
