Eliza joined Cinnaire in 2021 and is Vice President, Business Development, in our Madison office. She is charged with assisting in the development and execution of Cinnaire’s business development strategy with a focus on lending and customer relationship management.
Eliza brings extensive experience in affordable housing finance to Cinnaire. She is the Co-Founder of Elkat Advisers, an organization delivering training, advice and technical support to a diverse body of affordable housing finance providers. Eliza has held multiple positions at Fannie Mae, including Senior Credit Risk Manager, Duty to Serve Manager, Product Development Manager and Business Development Manager.
Eliza earned her B.A. in Art and Archaeology from Princeton University and her MBA in Finance from George Washington University. She serves as treasurer for the MKE Elite Girls Lacrosse Club and as coach and manager for the WNS High Schools Girls Lacrosse Club.
