Deborah Toby serves as Cinnaire’s Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Diversity Officer. In her role, Deb is responsible for developing and executing Cinnaire’s Human Resources strategy in support of the overall mission and strategic direction of Cinnaire, specifically in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion, succession management, employee wellbeing, continuous workforce improvement and planning, performance management, training and development, total rewards, and policy development and compliance. Deb provides strategic leadership by formulating and articulating Human Resources and organizational development strategies that foster and preserve our culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Deb worked for more than 10 years with a global career management and organizational consulting firm as an organizational development consultant, and prior to joining Cinnaire in 2005, as a member of its sales and marketing team. Deb earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Fayetteville State University in North Carolina, and has completed graduate coursework at Michigan State University and Central Michigan University.
