Dawn Miller joined Cinnaire as a Loan Closing Manager in our Wilmington, DE, office. She ensures the timely closing of loans, transitions loans to Portfolio Management and Servicing, and maintains productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the closing process. She enjoys utilizing her lending experience to contribute to the growth and stabilization of local communities.
Dawn has honed her skills over the past 20 years facilitating closings for mortgage companies and law offices. She served as Closing Manager for Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, First Saving Bank and Ditech Home Loans, building and maintaining Operations processes for Wholesale Lending channels. At First Savings Bank, she created the policies, procedures and best practices that supported the growth of the Mortgage division from $40M in closed loans monthly to over $700M monthly over a one-year period.
