Dana Brown joined the Cinnaire Board of Directors in 2026.
Dana is an experienced Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) professional with over three decades of service in the Affordable Housing industry. Dana devoted nearly 20 years to Fannie Mae where he served as the Vice President of LIHTC Customer Management. There he led the development and optimization of the enterprise’s LIHTC equity investment platform, including syndicator, transactional fund structuring, acquisitions, and asset & portfolio management activities. He was responsible for designing a Multifamily LIHTC equity investment business strategy that maximized value for the company while building strong relationships with syndicators and other customers.
Dana received a BA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
