Tiffany Stacey is Cinnaire’s Controller, based in the Lansing, Michigan office. In this role, Tiffany manages the daily operations of all parent and affiliate cash and accounting records, including overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. She also ensures adherence to internal control procedures and contributes to key management and business decisions.
Tiffany brings with her 15 years of experience from Plante Moran, where she was instrumental in advancing affordable housing initiatives. As Principal, she provided assurance, tax, and consulting services to a variety of real estate industry clients, including tax credit investors, developers, and community development entities. Her expertise spans low-income housing tax credits, new markets tax credits, historic tax credits, HUD programs, and other government-supported financing initiatives.
Tiffany holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Michigan.
