Allegra is an Underwriter, Debt in Cinnaire’s Madison, WI office. She is responsible for evaluating and structuring real estate debt transactions and assessing real estate risks through underwriting and closing real estate loans with the goal of providing loans that strengthen underserved communities.
Allegra joins us from Boyd Watterson Asset Management where she worked as a Financial Analyst, providing feasibility analysis and market research to maximize lease renewals and analyzing projected capital project spend and assess return impact. Prior to that, Allegra was an Associate for JSO Valuation Group where she analyzed and valued various types of commercial properties including industrial, multifamily, retail, mixed-use, offices, shopping centers, schools and small businesses.
Allegra graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate Urban Planning; Finance Investment and Banking; and Management and Human Resources.
