Aaron T. Seybert is Managing Director of the Social Investment Practice at The Kresge Foundation, where he leads a team deploying approximately $350 million in high-impact program-related investments. Since joining Kresge in 2016, he has advanced the foundation’s use of innovative, non-grant capital to support equitable community development, particularly in Detroit and other American cities.
Prior to Kresge, Seybert served as Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase Bank, focusing on community development finance through New Markets and Historic Tax Credit investments. He began his career in impact investing at Cinnaire. Seybert holds a B.B.A. in corporate finance and accounting from Central Michigan University, a J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law, and a MsC from the London School of Economics.
