On September 13, 2023, Cinnaire hosted a virtual discussion with Richard Rothstein to discuss his book, Just Action: How to Challenge Segregation Enacted Under the Color of Law.

This discussion is a follow up to Rothstein's landmark book, The Color of Law, which helped the public understand how government policies and private industry practices segregated communities throughout the United States. In Just Action Rothstein provides clear and focused guidance on what we, as individuals and organizations, can do about historical inequities regarding residential segregation.

Attendees were invited to share their strategies that challenge residential segregation, address the effects of redlining, and help remedy America’s profoundly unconstitutional past.
