Grants will Support Cinnaire’s Community Development and Revitalization Efforts in Wilmington, DE
Cinnaire recently received grants from Discover Bank and TD Bank to support our significant investment and focused revitalization initiative in Wilmington. The grants will enable us to provide critical capacity building and on-the-ground support to our local partners that will enhance current revitalization efforts while developing new opportunities to create and sustain healthy, vibrant communities.
To date, Cinnaire has provided more than $454 million of investment in Delaware, with $218 million of that investment directly impacting the City of Wilmington. We fulfill our mission to advance communities by providing access to capital, hands-on development resources and the expertise of our 100-person team actively engaged in these efforts. We are currently working to fill the role of Community Development Market Leader (CDML) to implement our targeted investment strategy for the Mid-Atlantic region, with particular focus on Wilmington, DE.
