Jenn Wendtland is a Fund Manager in Cinnaire’s Madison, WI office. She is responsible for the management and reporting requirements of equity funds, playing a key role in maintaining investor relations. Drawing upon her extensive expertise managing investment portfolios, she prepares reporting information to investors, maintains LIHTC fund benefit schedules, and coordinates the collection and review of audits and tax returns.
Prior to joining Cinnaire, Jenn spent 10 years at Forward Community Investments, Inc. serving as Credit Manager, Credit Analyst, Loan Portfolio Manager and most recently, Credit and Asset Manager. In that role, Jenn monitored FCI’s loan portfolio through the maintenance of loan risk ratings and quarterly review of financials and reporting community impact to investors/partners, FCI Management and Board of Directors and certifying agencies.
Jenn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lakeland College and is a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP)
