Kaitlyn Schutz is Senior Vice President of Business Development for Indiana and Illinois at Cinnaire, where she originates LIHTC equity and debt solutions for affordable housing investments and builds strategic relationships across the region. She works closely with developers, lenders, and public stakeholders to create competitive capital stacks, navigate complex program requirements, and move transactions efficiently from early concept through closing.
With experience spanning development, fund modeling, and asset management, Kaitlyn brings a practical, execution-focused approach to deal structuring and partnership. She is known for her technical expertise, responsiveness, and ability to translate project goals into financeable, mission-aligned solutions.
Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Indiana University and holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She currently serves on the Indiana Affordable Housing Council Board of Directors.
