Jake serves as Senior Vice President, Business Development in our Wilmington office where he leads Cinnaire’s LIHTC equity and multi-family debt originations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Jake joined Cinnaire in 2019 and has over 15 years of experience in community and economic development finance. He previously worked at SomerCor, a Chicago-based SBA lender and Grant Program Administrator. In his role there, Jake worked closely with Chicago’s Mayor’s Office and Planning Department to design, launch and implement Chicago’s Neighborhood Opportunity Fund program. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH).
Jake earned a BA in Psychology at UW-Madison, a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Illinois-Chicago and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
