Tomyra is the Program Manager for Priority City initiatives in our Wilmington, DE office. She is responsible for helping to coordinate and advance our Priority City initiatives and programs that support comprehensive community development strategies in Wilmington. Prior to this role, she served as an Executive Assistant for our Community Development team where she supported work in Priority Cities and Corporate and Foundation areas and was a project specialist for the Equitable Wilmington Collaborative.
Prior to joining Cinnaire in 2019, Tomyra was a property manager at the Philadelphia Housing Authority in the Limited Partnership Low-Income Housing Tax Credit sector for 7 years. Tomyra gained experience in the affordable housing industry while working as an operations/engineering intern at the Philadelphia Housing Authority.
Tomyra earned her Bachelor of Science, Business administration focused in Entrepreneurial Studies/Small Business Management from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
