The Nonprofit Times (NPT), the leading business publication for Nonprofit Management, recently released the Best Nonprofits for work for in 2017. For the third time, Cinnaire was selected for this prestigious list, with a ranking of #36 on the top 50 Best Nonprofits overall and #20 on the Best Medium Nonprofits (50-249 employees).
The seventh annual report is data compiled from a thorough organizational assessment. Each participating nonprofit completes a questionnaire along with a confidential survey completed by employees. Business partners are also polled. The information is then combined to analyze and rank the workplaces. The organizations were further categorized as small, medium and large.
At Cinnaire, we foster a culture of trust and accountability. Our employees work hard, and we recognize that in order for them to give their best, we must provide a work environment that allows for flexibility and time off for rest, relaxation and attending to personal business. We provide our employees with an unlimited paid time off policy, a comprehensive health, dental and vision package, a fitness center at our headquarters and fitness memberships in all locations, fresh fruit deliveries, and dry cleaning services. We have implemented a cell-free-driving policy to protect staff from the risks associated with distracted driving. All staff are invited to participate in our corporate wellness program, a fitness based challenge that provides incentives and prizes to the top competitors.
“The best asset any organization has is their staff,” said Mark McDaniel, Cinnaire President & CEO. “We are fortunate to have a team of highly skilled, dedicated individuals that work tirelessly to fulfill our mission. Our workplace culture allows our staff to find their passion in work. We prioritize creating an environment that offers flexibility and allows for growth so our staff can provide best in class services to our partners. Cinnaire extends our gratitude and thanks to the Nonprofit Times for once again recognizing Cinnaire on this prestigious list.”
